+ What is included with my reservation?

Your reservation rate includes self-parking (one space per room), WiFi connectivity, use of our Linus Bikes, and morning coffee & tea service.

+ Is the pool for hotel guests only?

Yes.

+ Do guests have to be 21 and over to access the pool?

While Hotel Ynez welcomes guests of all ages, the hotel caters to an adult clientele. As such, guests must be aged 21-and-over to access the pool and deck.

+ Do you have adjoining rooms?

Yes, but only a few. Contact the Front Desk to request these rooms.

+ Are Pets Allowed?

Well-behaved pups are always welcome (limit two per room, no size/breed restrictions). A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation for each dog.

+ How do I book a room?

+ Can I cancel my reservation?

It depends. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room and tax. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking may be cancelled without penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in. Any reservation that has a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty.

+ When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?

Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your first night’s stay at the time of booking, the remainder of your stay will be processed upon checkout. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $100.00 per stay. You may change the card on file with us at any time by visiting the front desk or calling us at (805)-697-5444.

+ Will I receive housekeeping stayover room cleaning service during my stay?

Yes! We will be refreshing all guest rooms in the late morning and early afternoon. This will be the default, unless you have a tassel on the door handle on the outside of your room door.

+ Do you have a Spa?

Our spa is coming soon. Until then, we can arrange for an in room treatment or make reservations for guests at a neighboring spa.

+ How do I park? Do you have charging stations?

We have a large complimentary parking lot for guests on site, including 2 Tesla charging stations in our parking lot. These spaces are reserved for hotel guests.

+ Can I host a meeting, wedding or event at Ynez?

+ Why don't I have a phone in my room?

While we always prefer a face to face conversation with our guests, sometimes a text works best.  Feel free to text us anytime, throughout your stay with us, whether you’d like a restaurant reservation, directions, or a glass of wine sent to your room. Questions, requests, room service, housekeeping, all at your fingertips.  If you don’t text, then we wont bother you. 

+ Can I smoke or vape in the room?

No, and if you do, we’ll add a $500 cleaning fee onto your final invoice.
